Charm Aller-ROSA Test for allergen screening is a milk-protein specific test utilizing ×îÐÂÌÇÐÄVlog’ Rapid One Step Assay (ROSA) lateral flow strips and patented swab device. The Aller-ROSA test detects the presence of total milk allergens, both casein and beta-lactoglobulin, in rinse water or on food contact surfaces.
The Aller-ROSA test for dairy allergens is a simple test, giving fast and accurate results documented with the Charm EZ system. The Charm EZ system interprets, stores, and exports data, providing a permanent record while meeting HACCPÂ documentation requirements. With the Aller-ROSA test, plants can be certain their cleaning procedures are working to reduce the risk of dairy allergens cross-contaminating into unlabeled products and to protect consumers sensitive to these milk proteins.
